Position: Trainee Manager
Package: £17,000 - £20,000 + 30% + Benefits
Based in central Bournemouth, The Richmond Group is a group of consumer credit companies with a passion for growth. We pride ourselves on providing very rapid progression for people with great management potential and are currently expanding our talent pool of trainee managers.
Your typical management duties will include completing team administration, setting daily objectives, carrying out quality control checks, coaching team members and leading meetings. You will also deputise in your manager's absence. After a period of time you will be moved to another Assistant Manager position elsewhere in the business or be assigned to a special project team to further develop your skills. You continually develop your knowledge and skills and will be aiming to achieve a full management position in one of the most exciting and innovative consumer finance companies in the UK.
You will have a strong desire to make a difference and to win in whatever you do, together with a passion for helping others to succeed. Excellent communication and good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy working environment are essential. You will also be highly adaptable to change, will love taking responsibility, using your initiative to solve problems and will be very open to feedback. A background in any busy sales focused environment would be an advantage although previous experience in financial services is not essential as a good trainee manager can adapt to any situation.
In return you will receive full and ongoing coaching and training with regular performance reviews to make sure that you are achieving your full potential with the opportunity to progress to a management position. You will receive a salary equating to £17,000 - £20,000 depending on experience, a six weekly bonus of up to 30% and benefits such as free breakfasts, your birthday off paid and subsidised gym membership.
This is a full time position, with typical hours between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and you may be required to work weekend shifts.
