Position: Sales Team Manager
Package: £20,600 - £25,000 + OTE Bonus + Benefits
Based in central Bournemouth, The Richmond Group is a group of consumer credit companies with a passion for growth. We pride ourselves on providing very rapid progression for people with great management potential and are currently expanding our talent pool of sales managers.
We are looking for a team Manager to come and work within one of our call centre teams. You will be responsible for leading the team to success by motivating, encouraging, training and developing your team. Your typical management duties will include completing team administration, setting daily objectives, carrying out quality control checks, coaching team members and leading meetings. You will continually develop your knowledge and skills and will be given the chance to prove yourself in a management position in one of the most exciting and innovative consumer finance companies in the UK.
You will have a strong desire to make a difference and to win in whatever you do, together with a passion for helping others to succeed. Excellent communication and good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy working environment are essential. You will also be highly adaptable to change, will love taking responsibility, using your initiative to solve problems and will be very open to feedback. A background in any busy sales focused environment would be an advantage although previous experience in financial services is not essential as a good manager can adapt to any situation.

This is a full time position, with typical hours between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and you may be required to work weekend shifts.
