Within the customer services department you will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone and ending the call knowing that you have done your utmost to leave them satisfied. Calls are not heavily scripted so you will have to be able to think on your feet and deal with a number of situations including general queries, handling complaints and diffusing difficult situations.
