Position: Debt Management Support Officer
Package: £14,500 - £15,500 + Bonus + Benefits
In our expanding Debt Management team you will answer inbound calls from our existing customers to resolve queries, take responsibility for logging correspondence onto the system and prepare outbound post and draft paperwork for our clients.
You must have strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure both admin and telephone work is completed quickly and to a high level of accuracy, a general knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Word, analytical ability and the ability to think on your feet. Being able to use your own initiative is a must in order to succeed in this ever expanding, fast paced environment. Financial Services experience and/or knowledge are preferable but not essential and strong sales skills and/or experience within a “selling role” would be advantageous.
