Position: Customer Services Sales Advisors
Package: £15,200 - £16,400 + Bonus + Benefits
Within the customer services department you will be responsible for assisting our customers over the phone and ending the call knowing that you have done your utmost to leave them satisfied. Calls are not heavily scripted so you will have to be able to think on your feet and deal with a number of situations including general queries, handling complaints and diffusing difficult situations.
As you will handle a large volume of inbound queries and for our Outbound department you will be making as many Outbound calls and having bigger and better challenges your way. You must have excellent verbal communication skills, a passion for helping customers through difficult situations in a target driven environment, strong administrative skills and bags of confidence. Previous experience would be helpful although not essential, as full training will be given.

This is a full time position working 42.5 hours a week including alternate Saturday mornings.
